Behavior
Dragimians are highly acrobatic and primarily arboreal, using their powerful, iridescent wings for rapid flight through the dense canopy. They are social creatures, living in small troops of 5-10 individuals, communicating through a complex series of chirps, chitters, and intricate wing vibrations. Their hunting technique involves swift aerial pursuits, snatching prey mid-flight with their dexterous hands, aided by their exceptional, nearly 360-degree vision.
During the day, Dragimians can be found patrolling their territory from high vantage points, basking in sunlit clearings to warm their wing muscles. At dusk, they congregate in designated roosting trees, often near water sources, where the shimmering of their wings creates a spectacular, bioluminescent display. They are incredibly wary of ground predators, rarely descending to the forest floor unless absolutely necessary for foraging specific fallen fruits or rare minerals.
